We want you to be fully satisfied with your MoodAlign purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s our policy:

1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to a defect or mistake on our part

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, clearance, or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless defective
